Deadlifts were very nice! Worked in with someone else which was a nice change from my hermit-like training lately, and good atmosphere really helps. Bench was a bit meh, wanted to get up to 110 but must have been fatigued from the incline. Supersetted with the pullups to keep getting back work in, or I just skip it.

Squats were pretty hard, but not too bad overall. Rushed through bench on short rest so didnt bump the weight. Spinning my wheels a bit with bench press at the moment.

Sumo going along quite nicely against all odds. Added a rep on bench press and 1.25kg on pullups and got all reps in the superset.

Not really i'd guess. I don't have any recent pics, but diet has always been the weakest part of my game by far. Maybe my back has improved a bit as I've been a bit more diligent at that over the past 6 months. I'm still only weighing about 80-81kg. SALTS is contagious...
