My DL has sucked relative to my squat for a while, but again I havent mustered the effort to see if sumo works better. Maybe I'll run that for the next LRB cycle to see.

Snatches look good imo. Like Snitch, I think you should be sweeping the bar more into your hips and have your shoulders behind the bar when you launch if off your hips. What's happening is your hips are having to go much further forward than needed and that sends the bar in a big loop out in front of you (2nd fail @100 and the make @110 were both forward leaning). I don't think it's much of an issue right now due to the weight being lightish and you're able to stabilize it easily, but once the weight gets heavier you don't have that extra wiggle room.

Thanks fredd. At the moment the oly stuff is a little bit extra, and the low frequency isn't helping me get better very quickly. Hopefully i can improve on what you say.

I dont know if it is the same model, but it generally hovers around 12%, but that is at the end of my workout usually. I have no idea what factors influence it.

If Miami Heat lose, get bodpod tested. Maybe Yugo is a skinnyfat who lifts jellydick weights.

Maybe people who don't lift jellydick weights get better bodpod results. Maybe your lowerbody carrying you and you are a solid13%.

June 19th: Legs Light (Phase 3 Week 2)

Clean and Jerk: 135x3, 155x1, 175x1, 185x1, 155x3x2
Front Squat: 185x3, 205x3, 225x3
Ad/abductors: 165x12x3
Lunges: 40lbs kbs x 10 x 4

Jerks above 155 were not snappy at all, pressing them out. Consciously trying to work on sweeping the bar in, but forgot my camera. Mucked around with some wall handstands at the end.

Official weigh in this morning was 175.4lbs

Deadlift: 5-4-3-2-1-1-1 up to 360x1, 375x1, 385x1
Pendlay Row: 140x8, 145x8, 150x8, 155x8, 160x8
Shrugs: 230x10x3
RDL: 195x6x3
Bicep curls: 40x13, 50x13, 60x13

This close to a muscle up during warmups. Mucked around at the end with some more wall handstands.

I hate always ALMOST getting a muscle up. There is some key part of the movement missing. From your lifts, strength is definitely not the issue. Keep practicing. Looking forward to one of us being the 2nd person in H&F to post muscle up vids.

How are handstands going? Are you making any technique adjustments?

Yeah, it definitely is some technique thing in the final transition part of the turnover. My wife laughs at me because she thinks I pull myself high enough and just don't get my body over the bar, but its easier said than done. I wish there was somewhere else I could practice, but I cant seem to find a suitable bar around.

Don't really know much about the handstands, just sort of mucking around for the second time. Playing with hand width, but I guess I should look up some proper tips. Any good links?

Yessir, Beast Skills has excellent tutorials on all sorts of bodyweight stuff, including handstands and muscle ups.

Kinda worried about today, but got all the reps, and the 210 single was the biggest grind of the three singles. Feels good mang.
