Back was still trashed from Saturday so I couldn't do ****. Never let your friends talk you into dling heavy when you aren't supposed to kids.

Weighing 176-177 now. I think I'd need to be sub 160 to actually be lean. 160 sounds quite small but i don't feel small right now so idk.

I have 2.5 weeks to go before reevaluating.

My back felt quite terrible until Monday. Last week I was reduced to waddling around cause it hurt so bad. Really fkn aggravating even though i have noone to blame but myself.

I lifted today and felt ok

Im down tho, weightlifting-bodybuilding is the hot new thing. Jno and klokov have done shows and torokhtiy is prepping for men's physique right now.

I told my bros that I was gonna become the Sadik of wling after we measured biceps the other day lol

lmfao wait what? But he's all big and burly and bearded, opposite of the pretty boy look they want in Physique. Poise and boyish handsomeness are legitimately scored in MP; he's aware of this right?

Klokov looked okay at his show, still had a lot of bf% to lose though. North looked horrible and continues looking horrible offseason and bbing is definitely not his sport and I think he's quite delusional about his future bbing career.

I wouldn't endorse FST-7 unless you are really worried about joint/tendon injuries and need something kinda easy to do. But seriously just do LSUS again; if it ain't broke etc something.
Oh yeah and 80s on incline db press is gr8 bro.

LSUS looks like complete hell to me. 6 days lifting is ****ing lame. What's a good estimation for how long the training sessions are for that first 3 weeks of 10s?

Idk what version you're looking at but the standard one is 5 days.

10s and 5s weeks would take me between 1.5 and 2 hrs actively trying to move quickly. 3s weeks were under 1.5

Ahh ya, I guess it is only 5 days. I saw those photos of program on Sean Hutchison's blog and just thought it was 6.

Regardless, 2 hour workouts are terrible.
