Three questions.
1. How many calories per day should I be aiming for?
2. What are some good foods that aren't disgusting and I cook/prepare quickly?
3. From what I read I should be lifting heavy weights/low reps. Is that right? Would working out 3 times a week be fine? I think my main focus should be eating anyway ...
