The longer you wait, the more energy you will gain and the more work you'll get done. At least this occurred when I was obsessed with a girl I had just met and didn't feel the need to fap for two weeks. I painted a bunch and wrote a lot.. and slept very little. I was drinking though I think and feeling awesome at the time, until of course I never saw the girl again and returned to the old habit.

Oh, the past is relived again.

day 1 + 2; alot more energy, start flirting with girls alot more at work unintentionally, started thinking alot more about sex and I have been going to the gym more. I also feel alot more awake and alert w/o the need of stimulation from caffiene ect, (which is incredible since i usually drink 8 cans of coke a day).

I also feel alot more self motivated to do things, eg go pub / meet up with friends / grind poker and in general most daily activities, my attitude seems to be more positive aswell.

I'm half way through day 3 (which is a saturday) and I woke up at 9am this morning, this is very unusual for me, espically since i got ultra high the day before and I went in pretty hard at the gym - yet again i don't usually go gym saturdays - i've just got so much more energy atm and it's great. I've also been productive and i'm in the process of applying for 2 good jobs (as i'm currently only in a temporary job atm). It feels like i'm living life at a faster pace atm.

Start of day 4; Feeling good, been going out alot more than I usually do this weekend, simply because one can't fap in public Been getting high alot - which takes my mind off it and been doing the normal tbh - applied for some other jobs (i'm in a temporary one atm) and been going cinema // just socializing in general. I'm going to play poker at my mates tonight - 7 people / 20/30 quid buy in each, so i'll let you guys know how that goes (wish me luck) haha. I'll also probably end up going gym again today, not quite sure yet...

Yeah the amount of will power and confidence i'm gaining is very noticeable, i guess there is a sense of accomplishment, the same you get when you give up something you want to, eg smoking.

Day 4/5 - Last night i played poker at my mates house - it was 9 people winner takes all buy in 20 quid , was running pretty bad and busted in 6/7th myself, the game ended up going on for 10 hours ;o, so lack of sleep by alot, still got energy though, which is so wierd considering i've slept for less than 5 hours - contemplating going gym today and then watching wolf of wall street again and hoping to fix my body alarm for work tommorow..
