as for rampage machida, after viewin it again a draw would have definitely been fair. 1st round is a total coinflip given judges' eyes.

Falcao-Harris round 1 looks super shady, no way Harris was gonna survive 7 more seconds and it looks like he might have tapped anyway.

Just for fun I counted the strikes thrown in the 3rd round of Falcao-Harris,
1st minute - Harris throws 2 punches and misses, Falcao misses a leg kick
2nd - Harris throws maybe 4 half-assed jabs that miss and one half-assed hook, zero strikes attempted by Falcao
3rd - Harris throws 4 more h-a jabs, a hook, upper-cut, and cross all misses, Falcao connects on his one strike attempt, a leg kick
4th - Harris throws 8 assorted jabs, hooks, and crosses, all miss, Falcao misses on his one strike attempt a jab
5th - Harris shoots, Falcao sprawls, and they each miss a strike on the break, Harris throws about 6 punches, misses them all, somewhat connects on a body kick, Falcao's high kick is blocked, nothing happens until 7 seconds left when Harris taunts Falcao, and Falcao finally shows some fire and throws about 4 strikes

Best part of the round is after the round when Harris runs back to his corner, arms raised and looks convinced he's won the fight.

Not really sure why Rogan was so critical of Falcao, he was up 20-18, 20-18, and 20-17 so it was Harris he should be pissed at. He's the guy who should've been going for broke trying to finish, Falcao was playing it smart.

I heard about the clock error right after the fight, but wasn't able to confirm it.

Well he got fired from Sherdog for doing the same ****, and then gets hired somewhere else and keeps doing it. Apparently using clever words doesn't change the fact that he is straight up a ****ing herp derp, and socially ******ed. Some people really need to check their ego at the door and that goes for everyone involved. Something as a dumb as a comment on twitter led to rios being fired and rogan being put under the microscrope for a dumb back handed comment. All of this, resulting from a debate about what the proper term for a stupid kick is. Really embarassing, for all parties involved.

It would be overboard if it wasn't Rios who had said it, I agree. The guy has been fired for spouting embarrassing bad write ups, predictions, and straight up trashing fighters. So yea its basically just the straw that broke the camels back...again I guess.

I didn't even notice really, I showed one of my friends who doesn't really follow MMA and first thing he said was "Can Rogan get away with saying ******?" I was like yea why not? I guess I am wrong. How many people actually get personally offended by some random public figure calling someone a ***? It seems like all the uproar over these sorts of comments are people worrying about other people getting offended. I'm sure every english speaking gay person is aware that *** is a widely used as a standard issue crude insult, which is clearly how it's intended in this context. I couldn't care less about this personally but I agree with Mikey that Rogan should have had the foresight to just avoid the whole situation.

On another note, I found my enjoyment of reading BE increased measurably once I started auto-skipping over anything written by Snowden. He writes such a high percentage of trolling and/or completely asinine posts that I think he brings down the credibility of the site as a whole, which is a shame because most of the writers there are quite good.

The south park episode on the word basically sums the whole issue up perfectly. I call people ******s all the time, most the time jokingly, and not really implying they are gay... its just a word we have used since we were young, correct or not really. I have gay friends that I have called ******s jokingly and they don't care cause they know what I mean.
