Do you really see Pacman being a -160 bet to KO Cotto? Cotto has a pretty good chin other than the fight with block hands. I can't really see Cotto being hurt enough to quit against pacman. I think a smart bet would betting Cotto to win, and Pac for decision. I think the over is a pretty good bet as well at 9.5. I really think Cotto has a better chance of knocking out Pacman than viceversa.

Cotto probably walks around at 165-170. Pac has to gain weight to get up to 147. Cotto is a legit top 10 pound for pound boxer, and has devastating power. He is at least the size OF DLH and I remember Pac being a 3-1 to one dog going into that fight. Cotto is >>>>> the power of pussy DLH, and isn't vastly overrated like Hatton. The only bigger fighters at 147 I can think of are Mosley, and PWill. It seems like everyone is on the Pacman bandwagon giving Cotto awesome value.

Cotto got rocked bad by Chop Chop Corley, and Ricardo Torres. Those fights are probably on Youtube, the Torres one was real fun. Every round except one was a 10-8 IIRC. He also got stunned by Judah and resorted to low blows to take a break.

Here is Cotto-Torres

Third round is where Cotto does chicken dance.

does anyone know if spike will air ufc 105 live in the afternoon, or only the prime time tape delay?

Cotto is like the kongo of boxing.

Watching Torres fight 3 rounds in it is one of the sickest fights I've seen

I dunno about the cotto ko, he doesnt really have the single punch power to get an early ko. If he ko's him id figure it to be in the last few rounds because pacman is physically wrecked from the body blows. Apart from Jennings and Gomez, who were both way outta their league, hes never really finished a fight early at 147.

Regarding him getting rocked by Torres and Corley, those fights did happen at 140 and him losing all that weight to get to the limit must have taken it out of him. Apparently though for this fight hes struggling to get down again to 145. I can actually see him forfeiting the money penalty and just going in at his usual 147, ala Mayweather.

The De La Hoya/Pacquiao line closed in the +/- 160 area.

And I don't know if that fight is the best argument for Cotto.

AFAIK the fine is $1 million per pound over the weight. I think he'll find a way to lose 2 lbs for $2 million.

In Canada it is usually shown on Sportsnet live. So if you can get that feed as well it should work. Right now the Sportsnet website is showing it at 12PM Pacific time on both Sportsnet Ontario and Sportsnet Atlantic. Although, I remember it wasn't listed on Sportsnet West and Sportsnet Pacific in the listings the last number of times but still aired live on those channels.

Yeah it is definitely airing live on Sportsnet. I saw the promos for it the other day.
