Meh, I don't mind the Chael one that much because there is literally no one else for Jones to fight. Hendricks on the other hand knocked out long time #2 Fitch, beat middle top #10 Koscheck, and then Knocked out middle top 10 Kampmann. No one in the UFC has ever deserved a title shot more than Hendricks, and got snubbed by a dude who's only decent wins at WW are Daley and FatBJ and is coming off a loss to Condit.

I know. I meant it more like boxing is something the average sports fan accepts as a mainstream sport and doesn't always care about fairness or deserving. Dedicated followers legitimately get annoyed when entertainment is out above who deserves it, but I don't think it is what keeps the UFC from being accepted.

I agree that boxing sidestep fairness to try (sometimes) and make interesting fights that will generate money.
But how is Pac/Bradley an example of that? Pac won the fight without any doubt whatsoever. Doing a rematch just legitimize a corrupt decision.

GSP was promised the Diaz fight well ahead of time. Even before he lost to Condit. He wants the Diaz fight and the fans want the Diaz fight. Diaz wants the fight and so does Dana because it makes the most $$$. The only people that lose are Hendricks and Condit.TBH I would be happy seeing any two of the four fight over and over many times.
