Another pretty crazy indian [motorcycle]driving video. Pretty old but basically its a guy riding a motorcycle laying on his back while playing/texting on his phone.

I'm volunteering in India atm and it's effing insane here. You always see families of 5-6 people riding on one scooter, cows, goats, pigs on the road. The potholes here are so big it's incredible.

That is f'n crazy. Is there a lot of accidents out there? It seems everyone just goes whatever way they want on the road, no lanes or anything.

There are a lot of minor accidents, like it's not uncommon to see one a week. (And by see, I mean literally see it happen in front of you haha) I haven't seen any bigger ones as of yet but another volunteer is working at the hospital and he said he sees the most nasty fractures on a daily basis and he was in two accidents car himself the first week he was here lol.

wow. At the 35 second mark on the right side there's a guy crossing the street and a white car and scooter come within inches on either side of him and he just keeps walking like nothing happened.

Their driving skills are unbelievable. If a road was like that here there would be constant accidents.

haha the video was made in 2006...its not so bad right now...atleast here in Bangalore

But its still pretty crazy. Most of the foreigners get so scared even when theyre sitting in a taxi. But we're used to it and accidents are quite rare.

But then again we got women drivers too
