Wimp's entire site is an xpost. They just steal content and put it up in the hopes the originator doesn't find out and ask them to take it down, which has happened multiple times. It's called the ebaum model. That's why they were forced to shut down for a while.

It can be true. It's about the same 0-60 as an F1 car which are likely geared much higher. My last motorcycle did 0-60 in 2.9s and cost < 10k new, no reason a rally car worth a couple 100k can't be made to do 0-60 in 1.9s.
