annoying voice + borderline ******ed + not hot would be my theory. Two of the three might be something she could overcome but 3/3 makes it unwatchable. For example the first two could be said about Fran Drescher also, but back in the day she was pretty damn hot and maybe that was just enough to keep The Nanny on the air for a while.
