Beta started last week, anyone else in?

Tribes 1 was such a great game, I hope they go in the right direction for this.

I checked this out briefly the other day on tribalwar and I was impressed. Being a Tribes 1/2 player I am definitely interested, but I have reservations about the new gold system they are using to purchase loadouts and such. The video looks great and the physics look dialed in already which is good for an early beta

It's ****ing amazing. If you want milquetoast shooters then stick to halo/mw3/bf3.

Really enjoyed Tribes: Vengeance. Will be great to play a shooter that doesn't move at a snail's pace again.

I just downloaded and tried this, seemed really interesting but its been so long since I have played an fps I cant aim at all, and it seems like it will take an eternity to unlock anything.

I apparently signed up for this beta and just received an organic invite via e-mail.

I searched the forum and found this post but see that NOBODY posted follow-ups to all the "oh! gimme gimme beta key!"

I would need to clear space on my gaming hard drive to make room for this. Should I bother?

Tribes actually requires you to not suck, be able to aim, etc. For people who are bad at fps games there is always the cod franchise.

I started playing the beta a couple months ago but didn't have a lot of interested friends so I stopped.

I kind of hope it takes off on release.
