I've been thinking about it every now and then, but I think depending on your own personal play style, there is probably a certain race that suits you best. Maybe Protoss just isn't what you should be playing? Have you ever considered playing the other races? Do you already?

i agree pvp is lame, but hopefully the next patch fixes it.

pvt i find difficult and such...but whatever. it's my hardest matchup for sure but i'm getting better at it.

the basic mentality that i have is that i'm not good enough to bitch about imba **** in a serious manner. there are so many leaks i have in my own game that i need to correct before bitching about "OH BIO IS TOO TOUGH QQQ". (and i do do that quite a bit in the 2p2 channel alot...mostly out of rage).

i dunno, i guess i don't really get too angry about losing. so w/e.

I hate Terran, and while Zerg could be fun to play I'm terrible with the race's mechanics. I just think the game design is fundamentally bad. The immortal and marauder are terrible for the game, for instance. Sure the game may be "balanced" in that each race wins ~50% of the time, but I just think the tools they gave us to play with suck and make for uninteresting play. The hard counter trumps good unit control. So don't give me **** about not being in a position to talk about balance, because I'm really not.

PvT isnt imbalanced as far as Im concerned (assuming thors get nerfed) its just a lot harder for protoss. Terran is quite an easy race strategically, easy defense, easy unit control not much micro required compared to zerg and toss but it is significantly harder to macro well as terran IMO just the amount of clicks necessary is pretty high. Zergs get punished pretty hard for macro missteps though so maybe not as hard in that sense but meh.

PvP is about to get fun as hell.

Not at all. Blink is so damn good. It's what you do when you have it that matters. The trick is to expand far away and keep him in his base. You don't engage til you have more units/charge/etc.

i remember a game where two good players (not elite by any means, or even 'very good', just high diamonds (before there was masters)) did a test like that, 4gate vs. 3 gate robo. the 4gate won obv.

And, AK I'm just trying to help. I know the game is frustrating, but I never mean any ill will or sarcasm or w/e it might come off as.

I'll just put all my serious, streategy, w/e posts in tl/other threads. I mean, no strat in bbv, etc, I know, it's just the way things have always gone.
