Agree MW Monks are OP.

Holy Priests are in a decent spot, atm, imo. Disc is still lolbad.

It's something like MW Monk > Holy Paladin = Resto Shaman = Holy Priest > Resto Druid >>>>> Disc Priest for 25 man

I play a Holy Paladin and I would HIGHLY suggest it. Easily the most fun healer iyam (MW is the only one I haven't played at max level yet)

For 10 man it's roughly Monk > Pally >>> Shaman ~= Druid. Not really sure where priests go, since our priest healer was never around, but I'm sure at least disc goes at the bottom. Monk isn't quite as OP in 10s as they are in 25s, but they're still at the top.

What are some more populated/better servers? Apparently the server I'm on doesn't even have ONE 25man guild making progress. I think I'd prefer 10man stuff for now, but like, the server I'm on is pretty pathetic populationwise.

My main is Horde but my Pally is Alliance, should I choose to level her.

I should mention I'm not a carebear when it comes to world PvP but it doesn't matter to me if it's a PvP or PvE server honestly.

Also, just managed to down normal Blade Lord. Literally 1 second from enrage lol. Lots of people dying to tornadoes.

Anniversary present is terrible. Completely useless for a 90.

The only thing I can see it being useful for is building rep with the Black Prince, but if you've done 4-5 sets of dailies you probably already reached the extent of rep that you can build with him up to this point.

It's useful for lower level toons at least. It'll be good for leveling alts. I think I have some kind of bugged quest on my Paladin right now. I'm in Jade Forest and I'm supposed to turn in a quest to some General character. But the guy I'm supposed to turn in the quest to has been following me around like a combat pet. I can talk to him but he doesn't have the yellow question mark in his dialogue box. I can see the yellow question mark on the map, it's stationary. However, when I go to that location on the map he still doesn't make the quest turn-in available. I just logged out hoping it would be ready next time I logged in.

There was no raid last week for my guild and because of Thanksgiving there won't be one this week. Fortunately, through LFR I've cleared all of MSV and HoF. Gotten some decent gear. Should really be ready to light up the Stone Guard come next Monday. We recruited 2 or 3 new people including at least one healer. I'd love to see some progress in MSV, at least to where we start working on Elegon. It's demoralizing that the farthest we ever got was 18% left when Gara'jal enraged, on one attempt. The rest of the attempts we never even made it to 20%. Either we mess up getting the correct 3 people in to the spirit realm and someone dies in there/too much raid damage goes out, or..... well that was petty much every attempt.

A lot of the encounters this tier seem really fun. Tsulong sounds like a really fun fight. Heroic Terrace of Endless Spring should be a good race for World First with the extra phase on Sha of Fear, similar to Ragnaros. I haven't read anything else about the encounter but it gives me hope that there's going to be some real wipe-fests before he's downed. Not much fun having all the bosses dead 2 days after they're available. COME ON BLIZZ! GATE THAT WORLD FIRST WITH GEAR CHECKS! Minimum 150k DPS from everyone including healers until nerfs, imo.

Did anyone else notice that the mail you get for the 8th Anniversary talks about Deathwing's return and not about Pandaria?

Yeah they just sent out the same mail as last year.

They must be serious when they say they only have so much dev resources to allocate.

Had some fun in Arena last night. And by fun I mean we went like 10-20. Comp was me and a Frost/Blood DK. Started out as Fire/Frost but that didn't go so well. In our first 15 matches I'd say 10 of them had Hunters, saw a couple Hunter/Hunter. With their Stampede ability or whatever that button is, my God does it hit hard. Same with Warriors' Dragon Roar. I don't have much of a set of PvP gear yet (Contender's set + two or 3 Honor items) and I REALLY felt squishy.

After a while the DK went Blood and I went Frost. That worked a LOT better. I love Fire and was hoping that I could make it work, but with the way I get focused in 2's I just don't have a chance to ramp up at all. I'm embarrassed to say that there was one match where I did 0 damage. I was stunlocked and silenced until I died. Didn't even get to throw up a living bomb. Anyway, Frost is undoubtedly the way to go for now. Much better burst damage, but the real benefit is the instant cast Ice Lance and FFB's. I've got a few ideas I'm throwing around in my head for talent choices and strategies. Priority right now is to farm a bunch of honor and get rid of all this Contender's crap while putting in enough time to feel effective in BG's again. Fire is still good at causing chaos in a battleground. However, even with the little bit of Frost I've seen in Arena I think in a BG situation where I'm not being targeted, Frost might be the way to go.

Once we were Blood/Frost we probably went 8-10 or so. Basically we would try to tunnel one of them and if we got one of them down it was a win even if I died afterwards. We ran up against one team that was Blood/Blood. By the time I was dead one of them was full health and one was half health. We won the match.

This "pulls" thing on WoWProgress seems neat, but something about it isn't right. I'm not sure exactly where they get the data from, but it shows me only pulling heroic Blade Lord 3 times and not killing it, when in reality I was in for all of the pulls including the kill. It also shows the same for one of the tanks, who was definitely there for all of the pulls and the kill.

I think it's also a little inaccurate anyway, because according to our logs we had 18 wipes before the kill, and wowprogress is showing people with 22 pulls.

/sigh, 9 weeks of gold from Sha of Anger. 8 of those were double gold since I used a token, I'm done with tokens on him though because the pvp gear is useless now, so I don't want to waste a token and get something worse than gold.

What happened to the PvP gear? I'm planning on using a bonus roll on him this week hoping for Tier gloves or some PvP gear.

2nd week in a row I got something from Sha, PvP belt.
