I like winner take all. I mean that's the whole essence of the random pool.

I mean, if everyone wanted we could do a small % to 2nd, but it'd have to be really small.

still holds, but i'd need to do it in the morning as it's like 1am here now. i've already ported the bracket into google spreadsheets for something else elsewhere, so i can just make a copy public and copy the rand results into that for your viewing pleasure. just let me know yay or nay or can't wait do it ourselves

We either need to ship first or decide to go on the honor system. If we end up needing a replacement because someone left/didn't pay we can't have already randomed.

Also, I don't care either way, but maybe we could do sort of a double random draw. Have one person assign random numbers to every poster and another person assign the numbers(not knowing who they belong to) to the players.

Personally I'm okay with honor, but I just know it's going to end with the winner having to go begging and pleading to people to give them the money and it won't be handled in a timely fashion. I'd volunteer to Escrow but could only do it if every single person used FTP, which is a longshot.

We kind of need someone to escrow that can do both Stars/FTP.

Otherwise if someone wins that can only do one, there could be problems.
