EA has confirmed that NHL '15 on next-gen will not have EASHL. Possibly some kind of OTP mode rolled out as an update (i.e. it's gonna be buggy as hell).

When you look at EA's history, I think incompetence is a much more likely source of not being able to port EASHL to the new consoles than some sinister plan to force everyone into a game mode where they have to spend more money on packs or whatever.

So glad they spend all that money on making the jerseys flow so much better and the area to look authentic. Oh and can only image the amount money spend on doc n the green screen that people will eventually just hit any button so don't have listen to him anymore. But no eashl or gmc... Well played ea. first time I won't be buying game since 05-06

They made the game very anti playing with friends. That's what's eashl n gmc is all about connecting with buddies have good time. They didn't put any money into gmc last yr, it was so ****ty you spend more time in lobbies than playing. It's all about money to them now,(HUT) makes sense tho they have the monopoly. No more 2k games.

Yeah me and a friend are getting the 360 version. I'm not exactly thrilled about it but we have such a good time with EASHL and play it so much.

Then whenever 15 makes it to the vault I'll play the NG game.

PS: GMC was fan requested and put in. I was reading the producers Q&A and he said something about it being the least used mode in the game and it costs money to keep modes in so they're seriously considering trashing it.

LOLOLOL commentary. 2:00 or so with the goalie pulled due to a delayed penalty the guy pulls a me vs the new roman empire and scores on his own empty net. showing the replay, idiot 3rd commentator says "beats me what hes not doin in the net" ITS A ****ING DELAYED PENALTY
