Also not playing white seems criminal, 2 pieces of removal and a bomb in armored ascension.

I think BW is good, in white play crusader, griffin, ascension, knight, 2 pegasus, mage, pacifism, condemn, and 1-2 egg?

Anyone a fan of viscera seer? Seems awfully bad to me without at least a reassembling skeleton.

Yeah, BW seemed a lot better after I looked seriously at it. Splash for bolt or straight BW?

Played it mostly as a filler, and there are apparently new rules for combat damage Was a bit better before.

Although in BW I like it for synergy with 2x Egg.

Thanx for the comments.

I feel like BW > BWr because you have lots of color commitments (BB, pumping shade, WW, ascension)

If bolt was fireball or you had 2 bolts I think you could splash.

Jesussss what a pool omfg.

Not playing yavimaya wurm seems criminal, and i'm not the biggest fan of awakener druid.

Also, maindeck plummet? Is that standard?

No idea on plummett, and I was thinking the flyers were strong enough at the top of my curve, so I didn't think I needed the wurms, I dunno. Maybe they woulda been better than gravedigger/rise?

Gravedigger/rise seem super good with your 5cc flyers and 2x doom blade though.

Played a seal pool live for M11. Went with my one magic buddy to the store, saying I was gonna force UW no matter what my pool was. First pack I open a baneslayer, second pack a DOJ, third an Effigy, and the rest was mostly filler. Got to 6-1 in my first 3 matches on the strength of spectres (2/1 flying for 3 plus the discard is unbelievable.. just like.. amazing) and then faced my friend in the semis as we were one of the 4 remaining perfects (which sucked). Turns out his 2 doom blades and 2 of the 3/4 morphling blue dudes were much stronger than I though.. and he won a close game 3 after playing his SECOND mind control on my baneslayer. Sigh.

Turns out every player that's X/1 wins the same as people that are X/0 so as long as I win my last match I'm still set. Turns out I'm playing somebody that's already 2/2 and can't win any prizes.. so he's just going for the hero dream crush on me. I play my baneslayer on turn 6 only to have him top deck the one swamp in his deck for a splashed doom blade. He plays the frost titan turn 7 and I'm slowly killed.

Game 2 I do some massive sideboarding and I see him shuffling through his sideboard as well for like.. 6 cards. My opening hand is 4 plains, 1 swamp, sign in blood, and a DOJ. Obviously I keep, only to draw three plains first. He plays a turn 4 juggernaut and I let it take me down to 10 before wasting my DOJ on it and his two freshly cast weenies. I draw 2 for 2 life, bringing me to 8, only to see him play frost titan. I play my freshly drawn doom blade on it, and rise from the grave it, which he lets resolve, despite having 2 blue open.

Turns out he has a mind control in hand, takes it back and swings quickly for the 2-0 win. He shows me his hand, which is 2 negates and 2 of the exile target black or red card. He laughs at his dream crush.

Turns out scry and doomblades just win tournaments, as my friend goes 10-2, with 1 of his losses coming to me. We had agreed to split the winnings as always so we get like.. 34 bucks worth of credit from his win, and my two money rares. Basically breakeven. Kind of weird for a baneslayer pull. One of the other guys pulled two titans and didn't anything so I don't feel too bad.

yeah im really interested to see what the 30+ picks look like for the storm and workshop deck, and idk how singleton control will be, seems really easy to have wrong answers a lot

ancestral tinker seems like the best 1/2 combo, I think he had the best deck through 12, and then spewed taking 3fetches and a dual
