It is, the time loop function is an incredibly cool way to manage exploration and makes you essentially create your own subquests because you know you only have so much time to do whatever it is that you're gonna do this loop.
And then each loop you learn new stuff and get new locations to investigate, so you reorder your "to-do" list, it's super engaging. Controls are a bit fiddly, the zero-G inside a structure navigation isn't really fun because you're just fighting with trying to orient yourself, but it's got a cool consistent aesthetic and everything is nicely polished on a technical level. The spaceflight stuff actually models gravity so you cannot plot a course too close to the Sun if you're trying to cross the solar system lol you'll get pulled in, you gotta chart yourself an elliptical.
