Personally I like the original xbox controller. The huge one that came w/ the first gens. I was so pissed when they stopped making those. These ones are alright, but IMO, it's not much better than the PS controller now. They should have stuck w/ the big ones, or at least gave the option to buy them.

the 360 controller is so much better than the ps controller it's not funny, the only thing that REALLY sucks is the dpad which is terrible.

How am I trolling? I said I liked the original xbox controller as it was the most comfortable controller I owned and could give or take the new controllers on either side. It was a ****ing continuation of another post on someone else's controller preference.

Halo got me into the original xbox and I got used to the white and black buttons on top. When they switched I had to always 'call' the big controller because I would want to change grenades quickly and forget the buttons were on bottom (huge stoner move), plus it just fit better in my hand (could grip it easier w/ sweaty hands). I seemed to be able to aim easier. I wish they had a bigger option for the 360.

The bigger ones were horrid. Diamond shaped buttons w/ a weird diagonal button layout. Black and white buttons in weird areas. The xbox would have almost surely failed had they not came out with the Japanese version controller.

Yeah, the S-controller helped X-box big time (although it still sucked). The black and white buttons on the Brick controller were near impossible to use frequently without messing up your gameplay. Most everybody I knew preferrd the S-controller. The 360 controller is the best controller I've ever played with. The PS Dualshock is pretty good, but I like the shoulder buttons better on the 360 controller.

Still have not received my box from MS. Will be calling the hotline in the morning to find out WTF is taking so long. This really shouldn't be hard, but who knows what is taking so long...

Took me nearly a week to get my box.

Word of advice: Call them a couple weeks in asking about the status of your 360. I waited nearly a month before calling them. After some halfassed checking, the guy said they were still working on it and wasn't sure when it would be ready. Suddenly like 2 days later it is being shipped back. I think they may have a squeaky wheel gets the grease policy.

New Update: Decided I'd call today, but got the box from UPS 10 minutes after I got out of bed. Taking it to be shipped to TX in about one hour. Will call support Monday or so to verify receipt.

I got the RROD right before christmas, it took about 6 days for the box to get to me ( wasnt that pissed bc I know how slow christmas shipping is) called today and my xbox has shipped so in 5 days back to owning people in halo and fifa!
