So 21 october HotS will be playable at Blizzcon, pretty excited for that

. Blizzard is releasing teasers leading up to it with a teaser for a new unit for each race.

The first one was unveiled today and was of course the Terran one

Looks pretty weird

It's also confirmed to be a multiplayer unit.

Looks like a hellion/reaper mix (Look at the guns in hand). No need for BFH drops anymore, they can jump up cliffs

I dont see that happening since all units has its place atm. Cant see them removing 1 unit from protoss without screwing the whole race over. Maybe voidray, but then again not ;E.

Reaper could be removed without any big effect - people use helions for probeownage anyway.

Mothership too. I'll keep the carrier for hopes that it isn't completely not viable some day. Plus I like going carrier in PvZ cause no one ever expects it.

some sort of ranged/sieged unit makes the most sense, i don't think it's entirely crazy to expect it to be some sort of meat wagon analogue to wc3 where you load up lings and shoot them or something

hydras should be tier 1 in hots (obv with nerfed dps but buff speed), and roach should be moved to tier 2 so it can serve as the pre-form to this new unit, but one can dream right
