matter of taste here.
i prefer vice city over all the others,i love the flashy 80s look.
thats why i have good hopes for gtaV,cause gta4 design was really dark and not a fan of it.

san andreas obv was very good but I just prefer the scarface style of vice city.

GTA 3? Was the first one on PS3 console which was good and Vice City was the nuts, best one ever IMO. I played SA a bit, but doing stuff like going to sleep and having to go to the gym and all that other stuff just slowed it down for me.

A lot of games have done this, I wont go into them all but they add loads of little things each time and it's good for about 5 minutes then it become annoying. Games need to be stripped back and kept to the basic and remember why fans loved it in the first place.

It will not feel old. I gave it another play through a couple months ago and I enjoyed it just as much as the firs time. Play it.

i think the bolded would be cool if it actually changed more than the look of the player. if you get as big as they allow by lifting the weights, you should become stronger when fighting, but not be able to run very fast/far without tiring. and if all you do is run on the treadmill, it should up your speed/stamina but lessen your overall strength. and then some happy medium.

maybe throw in some boxing workouts to improve hand speed and punching combos, or even an mma or kickboxing to add different moves.

Right. It won't feel old at all. I played it after I played IV and SA and I loved it. Same with III. The shooting mechanics are a bit rough to deal with, but it's still a blast.

Hadnt even heard of steam til I stumbled across the Video Games forum on here couple weeks back... It's for downloading PC games right????

I've always been more of a casual/console gamer other than games i felt were better suited to PC (Red Alert/Sim City type ones..)

Good shout though, thanks

ya, that really turned me off from playing it a second time. even out in the sun, the game was still very dim. played it after it released, but then finally got a ps3 again around thxgvn and bought gta iv, have only played bogt for a few mins. even that game is dark. combined with the long loading times, it frustrates me too much to even want to put the disc in the console.

sa was just so great. i even enjoyed the stupid **** like going to the gym in the beginning and wasting money on cars w/ hydraulics/nice paint jobs.

Nah definitely play GTA4 first imo and then both expansions. They tie in to each other a little bit.

Stories are pretty legit. You can get the PS2 versions and they're exactly like playing an expansion pack of the main games. Fairly lengthy too. I liked LCS better than the actual GTA3.

I don't know how you could watch the trailer for Vice City Stories and not want to play it immediately. I wanted to return to Vice City so badly and got all emotional with the trailer, watched it dozens of times. The game is decent enough, the "worst" of that GTA3 generation but still satisfies your desire to revisit Vice City. Both Stories games have good soundtracks.

Not that I'm aware of.

Good news for you: Even at $15 you're committing robbery.

but ya, 15 still cheap obv. when it was on sale, if you had playstation+, it was only like 5 bucks.
