first time i actually was rooting for a terran TvZ besides Jinro byun clearly gonna take it down with his expert mule micro

i think believe just dont realize how BAD hellions are in actual fights, they are by far the weakest unit in the game in an army clash.

Hellions are a support unit. When used correctly in a big battle they can be devastating. I got housed by some Terran massing thors and bfhellions against me last week. Totally underestimated it. I used to all in some zergs when I played terran with just mass thor/bfh. It's ridic.

I'd like to see a MC vs July rematch. While MC outplayed July, I think the map has a lot to do with his win. Those two paths in the center of the map or soooo toss favored its ridiculous. So easy to get ridic FF's off and it forces the zerg units to bunch up which allows them to be melted by the longer rage protoss units.

making a macro hatch instead of expo when not going ling/muta is ******ed

Idra does this... makes both a macro hatch AND 3rd at the same time sometimes. It's not just using it to push; it's also stockpiling larva to use for the late game 300-400 supply army.

XN sucks against Toss. 4 gates are hard to hold, it's set up well for cannon rushes and there's no wide open area to engage them. I think I need to transition to a lot of early pressure against toss and/or mutaling on that map.

I like it against Terran, though.

Is there any attack path on xel naga that isnt an abusive choke for protoss vs zerg?

I really think zerg has to do drop/nydus play to have a chance vs non-******ed toss on it, or deny toss a third before they can have every tech option and a billion sentries.

so i have a question about the epic zenio v byun game on the huge ass map.

Frankly, I'm simply not good enough to beat a zerg using Byun's strat on that map. I don't have the ghost or marine micro.

Looking at that map, Zenio never made a real challenge at byun's base. When I say base, I mean Main, nat, or 3rd, all of which byun took super early.

This seems like an awesome map for T to go hard core air. use the 3 rax to wall off that main point to the center of the map. throw a half dozen siege tanks behind them. pump out 10-12 vikes, bunch of banshees, can eventually get BCs.

just constantly use banshees to pick off expos. vikes to keep mutas off the map. If he moves hydras or something to protect an expo, move in to his nat or main. hydras will just be too slow.

Thoughts?

Oh maybe, I dunno what protocol is. I just figured not mentioning results is kind of nice at least for the day after the match. I know I tend to enumerate all of the possibilities when I'm watching so even one little detail gives everything away.

Artosis loves his job and would have to get more sick to leave on himself, and might even refuse if they didn't force him to leave. But he looked like a zombie and sounded like an old woman, so yeah, he should have quit for his sake and the people near him in the studio. It was quite unintentional funny with how he sounded imo tho
