Code S starts March 26th.

Also that graphic is wrong, bbongbbong is zerg.

Only 15 terrans is pretty good for code S. Back in october/november it was something like 20T 7Z 5P.

Well they prolly prepare for the matches too and need to watch recent games of the players, at least Artosis will do. So you need to take that into account too.

That part sounds like getting paid to do what everyone watching does except they have to pay more attention lol.

I do this tastosis are the best casters tho from my limited knowledge of casters. Khaldor is cool too

khaldor sounds like a huge toolbag

I remember one cast he was like "if some guy did that to me (they were talking about the korean casters getting all excited in each others' faces) i would just punch him in the nose"

wolf was like uhhh ok...super awkward

omg watching gstl molecrap and khaldor almost competing w/each other to see who's the worst caster. so far it's really, really close.

yeah, mostly b/c they cast code S. tasteless seems pretty meh as far as actual game knowledge/strat commentary goes, seems like he just agrees w/everything artosis says and explains basic concepts to the noobs every now and then.

Casting Code S + Preparing for the Matches(Watching recent Games of the players to know what strats they use), playing themselves to know the strategies well etc.

im 99% sure they dont do a lot of research

they barely watch any tournaments.

one would think they would watch code A games since at least theyll probably see some of those players in code S but nope they never talk about what happened in code A except "ohhh I heard huk made it through code A! blablabla"

im just really curious at how much they make, because im pissed that they cant cast code B too or some of it and we get stuck with a much inferior product

this is prob true of tasteless.
that said, i remember lots of times when they'd cast a game they'd go into detail about the players' style, what they like to do, etc so they def gotta be watching *something*.

maybe gom facilitates them getting replay packs from the code s players of practice games and/or ladder games and they just watch those....

i think they're doing sufficient work in terms of my enjoyment, thought who knows how much they are getting paid

there were stretches of time where artosis was keen on the korean metagame due to getting hammered himself on korean masters ladder

i think artosis deserves a little slack since he has a baby

Excited to see how mvp bounces back from last season's disappointing finish. I wonder if his practice routine has fluctuated at all over the last couple of years.

Like when someone reaches the top it is often difficult for them to stay there because they find it hard to motivate themselves to continue working as hard as they did to get there.
