Run along side either flank and then take it to the near post, keeper then also comes to near post, then if you pass it across goal, you will have an open net to short to, and as you are passing back you won't be offside.
it's incredibly annoying as there isn;t much you can do about it, apart from going for the block instead of the man (a its hard to score from there). This is literally all some people do to score, a you will get quit on a lot if you do this a lot
