Apparently the sound comes through but at very low volume. It's usually not that big of a deal because I am usually playing with friends on ventrilo, but when we are playing with pugs I basically have to yell and hope they hear me or ask my friends to convey a message for me. It's pretty annoying.
I've played around with the sound settings a lot but nothing seems to help. Is this a known issue?
I would try looking at this
http://community.skype.com/t5/Mac/Wh...t/true#U112526 . I had a problem that was related to this when my itunes would drop down to a very low %. I eventually made it "do nothing" so it now works as I wanted it to. Your problem is different though so that may be completely different.

There is no hero with permanent invis. The game probably glitched out and never showed the hero. Although in Dota 1 you could use Mirana/potm ult with a Riki on your team. During the ult he could attack you without revealing himself. I am not sure if that carried over into dota 2.
