Regardless of how good you think secret is overall, they aren't playing the best dota right now. They aren't bad, there are just teams that are better than them or at least on their level

That game was on s4 and the draft. Most of the games they lost seem to have been outdrafts or just not taking advantage of periods of the game when their heroes are peaked

rtz said it himself, TI has it's own meta. And in this meta their drafts were poor and their execution also a bit lacking (still rly good but not as flawless as in tourneys up to this).
