eg is already getting rolled. I don't know what the **** they expected with their terrible draft though, anyone could've seen this coming.

No kidding.

Either ban Tinker/Meepo and play against Xcalibur's Tiny or actually draft a lineup that counters meepo.

I think Kirby is Canadian. I'm definitely watching the game though.

fnatic might need some raxes asap

Terrible buyback from excalibur, he really should not buyback when doom hasn't been used yet. Doom is the one thing that can reliably kill him.

fnatic still has map control+blink daggers to pickoff people.

The throws are all possible tho. If they get initiated by clock into 5v5 they lose pretty much always.

ughhhh why meepo dies :'(

Almost need elder titan to start carrying at this point since he survives fights with good gold

ok, I'll admit zai has been playing pretty on point.

This is part of what I meant about meepo's disadvantage of snowballing too quickly. His insane level gain is actually a liability when you start giving up unnecessary deaths, and excalibur died 3 ****ing times in a row at the worst time.

feel like fnatic cant win anymore

meepo is capped and will leech all the exp

:'(

the bane saving lycan there was sick

I was so sure Bane was going to be useless against Meepo and be used to lockdown someone else so the team could nuke meepo down.

Incredibly wrong about that, lol.

The grip has been useful, but it's the nightmares that have been making the bane pick worthwhile.

This was a big throw by fnatic, I thought their plays even since minute 1 were bad honestly. They made a lot of small mistakes early which could be overlooked, but those same kind of mistakes later will cost them the game and it did.

He should really be chipping away at the ranged raxes with manta illusions, both top and mid are naked.

a good ET ult could really win them a team fight still.

terrible positioning by excalibur, why was he so far up front?

"EG.ppd: meepos broken"

can't disagree. I think fnatic is still strongest when they're running meepo, they played the last 2 games poorly and deserved to lose. Excalibur threw this game hard, spent a ****ton of time dead even with -30% respawn timer.

Took me four months to work up the courage to play 10 solo ranked games. Finished off with 2981 MMR.

Playing AP in ranked matchmaking around this MMR is one of the most toxic gaming experiences I've ever encountered. If I decide to play solo ranked any more in the future, I'm definitely sticking to CM/CD, preferably CD.

Try not to raise your mmr any higher then, because it gets worse!

ok so I tried playing this game

It is definitely not noob friendly; people say it's worth learning but it just seems kinda obvious who's going to win just a few minutes in every game but it takes so much longer than that for it to be over. Yeah I know I suck but maybe it's just not for me :/

I suppose it doesn't help that this topic to me looks like it's mostly written in nonsense either.

wheatrich - you are right, if you are solo queuing into games and are a newbie you will unfortunately get a lot of hate. BUT after a number of games you will be placed into games with equally new players so it will get easier.

I strongly recommend you find a ton of people on http://www.reddit.com/r/Dota2pubs who are total noobs also. If you queue with a full 5 man team with laid back players who wont be toxic, this game is going to be a really fun experience.

If you are still gonna solo then try to grow some thick skin and remember there is a mute button in case there's a bad apple. glhf

p.s. "just seems kinda obvious who's going to win just a few minutes in every game" It does seem that way but its very far from the truth. come backs are a big part of this game, those are the most fun games to win imo.

There is a reason why they didn't implement a forfeit feature, people would give up way too much and you would never understand that huge come backs are very possible. Good team moral and a little coordination can out-best even an insanely fed team.
