Everything is such easy mode now.

I was in a crappy pug for kara that got to curator in 2 hours. I dropped it for SSC pug that downed Vashj in 2 hours (She has 1.11 million HP less after patch). We 1 shotted all the bosses but 1 (a priest got MCed and healed the boss for 50% of his life).

**** is hella easy right now, enjoy those epics that will soon be useless. ANd I assume the same holds true for BoJs. I mean, you could get a ton of those in one day now doing raids alone.

I used Aim shot on certain Boss mobs on heroics that had cast a heal. Wasn't relevant for raids but I mostly do heroics with same group.

Hunter pets dps are off the hook now.

I also have a level 70 Resto Druid. He now casts Healing Touch with a 1sec cast time with current talent tree and Major Glyph.

Overall I think the Glyphs are baaaaroken and I expect their benefit to have some sort of reduction in the near future.
At the very least I wouldn't be surprised to see the mats needed to make them go up as currently all the glyphs are very cheap as people are leveling up on them.

I wish I would've started like a month earlier so I could do some of the BC content before WOTLK came out.

Oh well, I guess I'll just do it for fun/achievements later.

Tenacity pets rock. I had a worm in the PTR that took down elites its level or slightly higher. Even ferocity pets aren't bad and can usually stand up to elites around their level. Tamed a lvl 68 raptor from netherstorm and we soloed Cragskaar. My gear is nothing to write home about.

BCPVP, your build is very similar to mine, except you have more points, and thus more in Marksmanship. My Raptor is Ferocity as well and he is ****ing tearing mobs up, its pretty sick. The individual pet trees are awesome.

The pet trees are definitely sick. I should play my hunter more but i'm having too much fun on my level 36 warrior. Bought a level 35 epic 2h axe for cheap (40 dps) and put an execute glyph on. Best execute so far is 1200 which seems really high for my level but maybe that is because I upgraded from a 20 dps weapon.

My auctioneer is completely messed up with the patch, it doesn't display the median etc when i hover over items anymore.

Do you have a guide or tips or sth? I have yet to figure out autosell etc.

Another pet to consider would be a gorilla. With thunderstomp being absolutely awesome and the improvements to volley, you have your very own paladin pet.

Depending on what happens to runecloth prices, it might be profitable to farm Stratholme. On the PTR and in live, 30 min runs rack up 6-8 stacks of runecloth (usually 6-8g/stack on my server), quite a bit of bone fragments which you can auction for people doing those quests in EPL, 10ish ichor of undeath (not the greatest moneymaker in the world, but it helps), plus over 20g just from money drops. There's also the greens and potential blues you can get that will sell also. It might not be great to over farm and flood the market, but it certainly could help break up the monotony a bit.

Yea I dont even play my toons i let them go. I have been playing on my friends hunter who is pretty decently geared. I mean pallies are just stupid OP its not even remotely close. I really understand where the tears in the forums are coming from now.

Pallies burst damage is getting nerfed. Of course in typical WoW forum fashion, pallies are claiming the changes make them useless.

Alright if you haven't got a core hound yet for your hunter then save your time. That is for pvp of course he does look cool. Anyway it has some awful glitches that make him almost useless. Just a little FYI to save you some time.

Auctioneer is working perfectly for me EXCEPT that the it seems like my database is corrupt and I'm not getting proper data in my tooltips.

The appraiser is very easy to use. Just go into the AH, switch to the appraiser tab and you will see a list of items in your inventory. You have to click on each item one by one and tell it how many you want in a stack, how you want the price set, etc, but then you can just open the mailbox over and over until your bags are almost full (save one empty slot for breaking stacks), go into the AH, click the appraiser tab, CTRL-ALT-SHIFT and batch post at the same time and it will auto-post all the stuff in your bags.

I've gotten a Core Hound and a Devilsaur. Neither one is worth the time. In fact I'm now barely out DPS'ing the mages and rogues in my guild if you add my dps+ my pets. Going to respec MM since I'm the only raiding hunter and I think I'll be better off.

were you out dpsing them before the patch?

Yes, by a lot. I usually matched their dps w/o pet, then factor in pet's dps and I was 150-250 dps ahead of them.

Re-spec'ed MM, Haven't raided since the respec but I think it will raise my personal DPS and it will also raise the entire 10mans since Trueshot Aura is now raid wide as opposed to group wide.

I was talking about the mechanics of the core hound. I did a day of Bg's and the core hound was probably stuck half of that day. He would constantly just get stuck in one spot and I mean constantly. I have a Devilsaur now and he doesn't seem to have the same problem.
