I would, not for $700 though. You should check sites that do actual sales, not ones that have overpriced accounts that never sell.

Depending on all other things, you could probably get $225-350 for your account. PM me if you want to know a relatively safe place to do trades (no trade is safe, but some sites are better than others).

Can you guys explain how the auction houses work?

I made a Draenei character because everyone was telling me that it was a good idea to take him to Exodar @ level 5, learn enchanting, and do all of my auction stuff on that toon rather than waste lots of time with my main.

But it doesn't seem like there are as many items to DE as in Stormwind or Darnassus.

Am I just being crazy? Any advice?

Enchanting alts are useless since they put item level restrictions on DEing.

Ima 33 lock trying to get some gear for 39.

Any good ways to make gold while only a 39?
Im herbalism and engineering atm.
Also my lock is my main.

I'm just gunna make him a semi-twink and play BGs b/c I dont want to grind anymore.

I think my bro played for like 9 hours today. Kind of sad. He then decided to play some poker, and he sucked real bad. I try to teach hiim hoe to play uNL, but he just wont listen.

Aside from farming herbs, you have no real way to make cash if you're wanting to twink, which costs lots of gold. So you pretty much need to buy gold if you want to be able to twink in a meaningful way.

Like ebay.

You either sell stuff you don't want that you've picked up along the way, or you buy stuff that you want from others that they don't want.

Some folks "farm" (collect) stuff for the express purpose of selling it on the AH.

I just use a level 1 character. The advantage of this is that you can just mail stuff to this character, and avoid taking your main character to the capital city reguarly.

I play on 'Khaz'goroth' which is an Oceania server - the only difference between mine and the ordinary US servers is the clock is different.

Kill stuff, and get to level 40.

The higher the level, the more money you make - if you've got a higher level main, and you just want money, use that to kill stuff and pick up stuff for sale at the AH. Herbs are as good as anything to pick up and sell - the addon "gatherer" is handy for this.

Low Key,

could you PM one of those character selling sites to me. Thanks in advance.

Time to actually get rid of my 70 pally since there is no way I'm going to download all the patches again.

If you're leveling and you're trying to get to 70 as fast as you can I suggest you download TomTom and Lightheaded. I got to 70 in 7 days played with these two programs as a total newb.

Lightheaded attaches to your quest log and links you directly with WoWHead. It allows you to see coords and tips on all the quests in your log.

TomTom is a waypoint system that works directly with Lightheaded. So say you have a quest to kill a mob, you click on Lightheaded and it says "this mob is located at 55,66. You click on that coord and it puts it right on your map for you. So what I used to do was I'd go to a town and pick up every quest there was and put them all up as waypoints on my map. Then Id start at the nearest waypoint and do a "circuit." When I was done i'd go and turn in all the quests at once and get the followup and do it again. It works extremely well.

I call BS unless you have a SS proving otherwise. Iirc, 4 days /played to 60 was around the fastest done consistently with leveling guides and a lot of planning. Though, I guess they did make 20-60 faster, so if you'd done it recently..

Some guy did 1-60 in less than 2 days played without rested. I guess you can do 70 in 7 as a newb if you use rested.

They recently changed the xp requirements for levels 30-60, and increased xp rewards for quests.

You can get up to 70 without too much trouble now. It never feels like a grind. Just avoid the annoying quests.

I wish I avoided the annoying quests.

If they told you how much EXP each quest would be worth it would be a lot easier to gauge whether or not it is worth doing.

Then again, this is my first time through so I guess I should do them all anyways.

Seriously download those add-ons. You'll wonder how you leveled without them.

Stop playing now while you still can.

I got addicted to this crack for 7 months, ****ed up a semester of college too cause of it.

Although being the great money maker I am I convinced our other guildies to quit and sold off all their accounts, very good profit play.

Sounds pretty good. Though Windows + thottbot works almost aswell

I haven't played in a few months and have just started a Troll Rogue this week. I have dual wield swords at the moment - good or should I go daggers? Is levelling First Aid worth it?

Have they made it a lot faster to level or something? I'm blitzing through levels at the moment. I'm sure much quicker than the last time I played. Thought it could be I'm just much more efficient with my grinding and questing.

They've made it faster once you get past 20, not a lot faster, but it should be noticeable.

For a rogue, I would def pick up first aid. That and/or cooking will help reduce downtime immensely.

For a rogue, you weapons can really be whatever, it just depends on your play style and spec. Obv you can't use backstab with swords. I think a generally safe spec is combat with a mainhand sword and any offhand with a quick attack speed.

It's a non-combat pet. One of the better ones, iyam. (I too took the pig this week, as well as the outland baby elekk) But no, he doesn't do anything. If you really want a pet that can attack, either roll a hunter or warlock, or pick up engineering, as they can create little pet things that do attack, like the mithril mechanical dragonling.

I was just hoping he could do some tricks and wasn't just for show.

I actually am a hunter and some random online taught me how to learn dash and claw from beasts which was pretty cool.

So much crap I don't know about this game.

If you're a hunter, you need to check out Petopia to learn all the Pet Training sources.
