Destiny 2 (and the original) - Page 228 - Video Games

This is pretty terrible. Combine this with the fact that you need a Shard AND marks each time you do it, its too expensive for less rewards. Pretty stupid.

Not to mention Xur doesn't sell shards anymore either. Like I have 40 shards and eventually I'll shard all my Y1 Exotics for more, but what about new players?

Guess the only other way would be buying the year one (legacy) engrams and sharing what you get then? By the way, on the first run I got a sublime chest engram and a 290 Telesto.

Bounties. A dozen will get you up to at least 37 or 38 for sure.

Yes, regular PVE and crucible bounties will boost your level quickly towards 40.

Btw it sucks big time to join a group of randoms in court of oryx that try to run the mini Crota and have no clue at all what to do.

Found 5 other guys at the Court today, someone popped a tier 3 rune so I figured they knew what they were doing.

Half of them were shooting at Crota the whole time. Another idiot or two kept drawing him off the platform where he promptly one hit wiped the whole team repeatedly.

Couldn't help but laugh.

I'm not the most experienced, but I'm guessing less than half of the player base has ever completed the raids

Just finished the quest for the Touch of Malice. Love these quests for exotic weapons. Some are pretty damn difficult (getting 45 calcified fragments was a huge PITA) but man, definitely satisfying once completed.

Can't wait to melt Oryx this week.

Well the jumping parts kind of kill the fun for me, as I suck at jumping lol. Got Crest of Alpha Lupi and Monte Carlo from the Ogre though ... we'll see if I actually get to battle Oryx.
