Good strategy is your #1 taking out 1 and 2, your 2 taking out 3 and 4, etc etc. or if their top bases are very strong, shifting down a bit. Which leads to your middle guys attacking much lower and your low guys not really having much to attack. That is fine, your low guys are going to struggle to 3 star anybody anyways.

Ideally, you'd let the lowest guys go first and 3 star who they could, and then work your way up, but that is not practical in a 24 hour window.

Once somebody attacks their equivalent and 1-2 stars them (and inevitably says 'sorry guys I thought I could get them.' it's basically a wasted attack, because someone higher could probably have 3 starred them. And now that higher person has a difficult decision whether to use an attack to try to improve against that base, or go higher where they too might fail to 3 star.

Believe me I know. I just watched our #7 and #9 both one star their #7 on back to back attacks very early in a war when 3/4 of their bases havent even been attacked yet. The second attack was launching some kind of hopeless hog drag combo... Obviously launch hogs straight into an uncleared cc first. Sigh.

One of the new members of my clan just said something about how he could not attack because he did not have any gems to produce troops. I fear the other leaders heads exploded

Lets make it so the ppl who are worse than 1/2 donating for a period get no troops for the next period outside of war.

Each persons donation situation can be different. I for one will probably never be 1:1 unless I stop requesting as much. This is just because if the amount if time i can give to the game. If it ever becomes a problem then I will stop requesting.

Personally, I try to donate before I hit the request button. I even donate when my cc is full. There are a fair amount of periods where it is difficult to make donations. Also, some people don't remember to refresh their donations.

Bear in mind that some people have donated more than what others have received.

Instead of making a sweeping decree aimed at one or two people, I would suggest just dealing with the worst offender and working your way up. That way we start to make a long term incremental improvements to the clan.

Awesome score! My eyes would light up seeing #s like that available. Lately anything w 500k total seems to be the highest I can find.

FYI for anyone who isn't in the 2+2 clan, our clan is doing well and accepting new members > level 50. D0NG CENTRAL. We war 2x / week and most members are quite active.
