I think this is a good thing though, the less frag spam the better. Not that I never used Fragx3 in CoD4, but I did mostly because everybody else did. It's a really overpowered perk considering you can cook them and toss them all the way across the map with pinpoint accuracy.

Anyways, the beta is out now and I've finally gotten my token with some extras. I'm giving my extras away to 2p2ers that I know or have played with before, so if you fit that criteria send me a PM and I'll ship you on. If you're somebody I've never seen with 100 posts don't expect a reply back.

Did you get the beta via email? I gave my email to gamestop when I preordered but I haven't received anything yet except a "this weeks specials" type email.

I got it through a website that was giving them away for a brief period. I made a bunch of free email addresses so I could sign up for a bunch. They came in today and I've been sending them to people as I get them. I did originally preorder the game but Gamestop was being slow. However I did email them and complained and they took my receipt info and told me they would get me the beta code. It just arrived a little while ago in my inbox.

Here is what they wrote me though:

If you preordered it at the store then I wouldn't count on getting it because the people there are dumb. I'd email them with the info they asked for in the receipt and tell them you want the code and they should send it to you soon.

I sent you a token though, check your PMs. If/when you get your own send it back my way if you could, I have at least one or two more people I want to give a code to but I just gave my current last one away.

Thanks. It's pretty lame how they promote the hell out of these bonus offers and then don't follow through with it. A lot of people had these issues getting the sniper rifle code for preordering Battlefield from them. I'm sending them an email right now, I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.

He probably is. I read last week in a preview article that he was one of the voice actors for the game.

I'm having flashbacks to when I started CoD4 and had no idea where to go on any of the maps.
Also, I wimped out and never did prestige and am not used to not having a scope.
I still like it (other than the dogs).
