Out of these, what is your favorite and why?

1) Dark Cloud

2) Kingdom Hearts

3) Final Fantasy 10

KH, battle system and story were way better than FFX. I never played DC though.

True. I've never played Dark Cloud. I've heard such good things about it though. Just wanted to know what you guys liked out of these and why. Whatever gets the most +REP I'm going to play next.

FFX isn't bad; but it's also not as good as the best in the series either. It's extremely linear, and there's no real overworld map to explore. The voice acting is very bad. The story is okay, and the ending is good.

I haven't played Dark Cloud, so I'm gonna say Kingdom Hearts.

Out of those 3 i'd go with Kingdom Hearts
then Dark Cloud
then FFX.

However, I'd actually go KH, then KH 2

Is Dark Cloud 2 a sequel to Dark Cloud or are they two different story lines?

I enjoyed all 3 for different reasons. If i had to pick, I'd say FFX is my favorite.

FFX >>>> KH. Never heard of the first one.

FFX has a really great feel to it. so that one.

God Kingdom Hearts is such a quality game. The third installment looks pretty damn sick.

I could never get into the battle system in KH. I really liked FFX, but hated the no world map and linearity. Dark Cloud was a good idea that gets EXTREMELY repetitive. I'd say FFX for me, but liked all the FF for the PS1 better than either of the PS2 installments.

I didn't think it was very good, except as an introductory RPG to lure people to better ones...

Pretty funny, solid battle system (timed hits R FUN), and yeah, that's pretty much it. I thought the level design was pretty decent.

Easily makes my top 10, though, I mean, Chrono Trigger, AINEC.

I also think FFX >>> KH, haven't played Dark Cloud. FFX is extremely linear, but it does a lot of things right too, IMO. You won't get lost (unlike KH, where I'm spending like 30 effing minutes trying to find out what I'm supposed to next ><), the battle system is very, very well done, (Sensor, r2 menu, switching out is pretty awesome, aeons were a great idea, etc, etc). Storywise, I like FFX more, because it doesn't feel as completely random as anything else.

I love Disney movies, and I loved Kingdom Hearts. I never did play the second one though.

The soundtrack, the humor, and the variety of minigames. Also, the graphics were pretty good for the time. It'd make my top 25; but I agree with "Chrono Trigger AINEC.".

I've gotten 12 hours into DC2, 5 hours into KH and 2 hours into FFX. Yes, I'm a noob for not having played ANY of these games before now. I've had the most fun on DC2 as of yet... but it is getting repetative. To be honest, I wasn't really "feeling" FFX, but I'll try to get back into it soon.. just was too linear and I personally didn't like the battle system.

KH is pretty fun. I know what someone else in this thread is talking about, though. I was running around for quite some time having no clue where I'm supposed to go a few times...

For anyone that's played Dark Cloud 2, is the story good? I'm building my second town right now and was just wondering if I'm gonna have to do it like 3 more times. If so, that won't be much fun. Lol.

I remember Dark Cloud being fun, though I only rented it once when I was like 14. I'd still like to play DC2.
