I remember playing a beta or demo for this game a long time back and did some research into it tonight to see if it was still around and running. Sure enough it is, and now it's free.

The game works like this. There are two armies at opposite sides of the map. Each army is made up of individual players who assume the role of different classes, and one player is the commander.

The commander is essentially playing an RTS. He builds the base up with credits that are accumulated, purchases new weapons, can give orders (which do not have to be followed but he has a birds eye view of map and can see what others cannot).

The non-leader players are playing a shooter/hack-n-slash. You can shoot bows, sword fight, etc. You are trying to destroy the enemy base and win the match.

Figured it might be fun to get some games going as it's now free.
