It's kind of like a web based diablo or world of warcraft. You have item slots for a weapon, shield, armor, etc. You walk around a map and combat monsters to collect gold and xp which you use to level up and buy equipment. There aren't any graphics or anything, so the game is mostly in strategizing where to hunt monsters to get the most xp for your level and what equipment you want to have.

I play. I'm level 244 now and about to grab another couple levels.

You definitely want to get into an active and friendly guild ASAP. It makes the game a lot more fun and you don't have to constantly be buying new equipment.

I checked this game out and its pretty cool. Not like Tibia cool but it close i guess. Something different.
