I cannot see any sense in check Flop or Turn so I thought about check River. He can check too with T9, Jx, TT, QQ. Of course he can bet this hands but I cannot see to much worse hand than mine. There is many better hands wchich He bets after my check and sometimes he can bet T9,Jx, TT, QQ but I can`t see bluffs here.

Yeah check/calling is no good. The hands that villain will bet that you beat (worse Jx) are calling a river bet.

All you do by check/calling river is allowing villain to check back Tx,Jx.

check/folding isn't a good idea either because you can get value by betting and you also prevent yourself from getting bluffed even if that won't happen often.
