Canadians have government subsidized children LDO.

Cool looking place JH1, I'd like more trees on my lot, but it looks like a fairly new development so that's to be expected. Your wife has done a good job selecting your shower curtain.

Upside is, the cost of living is the nuts. I have a small 3/2/2 house (~1350sqft), but the morgage is less than $650/mo. Rock on.
holy ****, where in dallas?

I'm in a older 4/2 (1950ish), in a decent neighborhood (M-Streets/Lakewood) and it's 2000/month.

South Irving, actually, so not Dallas prices. I bought the house over 10 years ago before the crazy market crap, ldo. Did a lot of fixing up myself. Even so, the house is still only worth about $120k, but it's a nice, older neighborhood. I have 4 full trees in my front yard, but nothing like the M-streets...that's a sweet area. I have a couple of good friends that live down there. It's just cool.

Creeks

Pond

Nearby Lake

and I've got to throw some pics of the cave up. It's a little ways from the house on some family land... I've been mapping it out for years. It has still not been fully explored.

Tight Squeeze

I lived in the Caribbean for a couple years, so I've got that vibe going in the shower.

Yeah. 25ft keel boat. The goal is to save up cash, buy a bigger boat, and sail away after college. Kick it around the Atlantic for a year or so, then maybe circumnavigate.
