Looks oke. Its probably better to ob turn, we are polarized and if we ob we get rid of at least some of his draws which is good.
You could x river as well we have non zero sdv

I think this looks good.

You also have over 3000 hands on villain so you could check his fold to riverbet stats, and how often he folds to riverbets when he calls turn.

Also i wouldn't raise flop but i guess low freq is fine
