If he folds you probably had the best hand.

I have every KQ/78 and he has basically none. I also unblock clubs which makes me lean towards a call but 4th pair is too weak.

I wouldn't assume an unknown player has no KQ or 78 in this spot.

When he checks turn he almost always has the showdownable hand, when he pots river he is basically saying his hand improved on the river so JT, TT. I would be scared and fold, I don't thimk he is using this line with AJ, KJ or something single pair. Versus 2/3 pot I would like raise more.

Because of what the villain did.. I think it's ok to raise him exploitative..

He is not bluffing on the flop. Villain line makes a lot of sense on other hand I don't believe too much in line that hero made.

You're inferencing many things about a player with 1 hand history. If we make more plausible assumptions it's this :

a) they called cold CO
b) they checked vs mcb on a turn they should bet generally.
c) they are now pot betting on a river where a number of draws came in.

We can likely assume this is a recreational player. Rec players generally have sizing tells

Q8 is also very much in villains range. For this to be profitable you need villain to be over folding all of their 2pair hands, non nutted straights. This is largly unlikely and is really torching money. Villain didn't bet turn so they likely as a rec probably have rivered 2pair for that sizing.

If you're gonna rip check raise pick your better blockers. Vs a pot size bet if you're really determined to rip it in pick probably only Qx.

his blockers are meh? his blockers are nonexistent.
in fact he blocks an occasional 75s so his blockers are actually not even neutral

You won’t have all KQ/87s when you check turn, you’re firing some % of them

And I don’t know how you can assume some random micro player isn’t going to have some KQ or two pair that’s never folding
