SB posts SB $0.05, Hero posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has 9 8

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, CO calls $0.10, fold, SB raises to $0.20, Hero calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.60, 3 players) 3 4 3
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: ($0.60, 3 players) 9
SB checks, Hero bets $0.25, CO calls $0.25, fold

This was a weird hand and I can't figure out what SB had. As soon as the CO called, the BTN's hand auto-folded and the SB-auto min-raised. I called with the decent sc, but was surprised when on the flop the SB didn't cbet on the super dry flop. His cbet flop up to this point was 100% at 5/5.
In your estimation, from this 35/16 fish (albeit only 31 hands), what can he be auto-minraising with?
I think I could put him on a AT-AJ, KQ or KJ.

What's the point of analyzing of the range of a 35/16 fish? Don't read too much into it, he could have broadway cards, he could have AA and decided to be fancy with it, he could literally have anything here. And the boards that he decides to cbet may not matter anyway, he could be just looking at his own hand. Just don't think too much about it, altouhgh it's probably some broadway cards.

Also bet bigger on turn.
