Self explanatory title, I guess. I've seen these guys even after a hundred or so hands. What does it mean? How do I play against them?

It means they haven't called anything yet. It's all been folds or raises (usually folds). I find that a good way to handle people who have really high aggression factors is to size my bets smaller. This does 2 things.

1) It gives you a better price on your bluffs
2) Sometimes you can incite bluff-raises...the thing is that whether or not you want them to raise or fold is unknown to them.

90% It means you dont have enough hands on them to put faith in their AF stats.

10% It means they never call.

Prolly more like 95/5. Everyone calls at some point.

It means they are ultra nitty. It also means that they are trying to fit a sign around their neck which says 'please steal my blinds'.
