What Am I doing against those MIN RAISE PREFLOP

I'm been a reg on FTP for the past 2 years and theres something that tilts me and make me play like ****!!!
When donk always min raise me from the Button every hand.....
What am I calling those min raise with, the same range with what I call 3BB Raise? Am I supposed to 3bet more? If yes to how much? I habitually3 bet to 40 at 2-4 and 60 at 3-6 when the guy open to 3BB( 100BB stack) , should I still do that with min raise?
Also when a guy min 3bet you 12 to 20 at 2-4, do you guys call with any2?

3) I'm guessing you're talking about cash. You need to label your threads such as in the title "Cash: What should I do vs a flop minraise."
Finally, please post a general question like this in the LC or beginner's thread. You'll get some good answers in there without clogging up the forum with another thread seeking very general or very personal advice.
