Fold river unless he is minraising pure Ax on the flop which I doubt from a passive fish, seeing quads here alot of the time.

Smells like 3x.

You could call for a chop, but I expect him to have 3x here quite a lot of the time. He could have an ace, but I expect him to bet that more often on the turn than a 3.

If you haven't seen villain bluff min raise cbets before, I'd fold flop.

I think turn is an interresting spot: Assuming villain doesn't bluff flop, he isn't going to fold to a turn donk. That way you're setting up a river shove. By c/r turn you might miss out on one street of value, when he checks behind.
