Fold pre. A-rag is garbage, as shown. You "hit" your hand and can't bet it for value. As played, check flop and pot control. If he bets call. If he checks bet turn for value.

Giving up on the turn is a little weak. In position I never Cbet with A5 on this board and get called down by hilarious stuff on turn/river. You may try to check here OOP as well.

Preflop is good. Button is a supernit so you can open wider. He also plays fit/fold on the flop so he always has something when he calls. In fact, you're behind his callingrange on the flop so I'd check flop for pot control. Normaly you should always cbet here but you're exploiting the fact that this guy is just playing his cards and not playing "you". As played on the turn he's not betting KJs or something, he'll check it back, so it's always a strong ace or better. Easy turn c/f.
