if i check and he bets, what's my play?

how do i get the most value/minimize risk

I think checking OR betting is fine. I just pick based on history and how he's playing.

if i bet and he calls, what's my play for turn and river?

Depends how many worse aces he defends preflop

if i check and he checks, what's my play for turn/river?

Depends if he can hand read or not. If not, bet the turn yourself. If he can, c/c.

if i check and he bets, what's my play?

Calling at least 2 streets

as a standard spot against unknowns if i were looking to get 2 streets of value, which 2 streets should i bet?

does it make a difference if it's a reg? but still no history.

I'd like to check here usually since it's kind of WA/WB, which usually means you should check. Pot controlling here seems good IMO.
Also you can induce bluffs by checking the flop and you protect your weaker hands (such as 77-TT) with this line.
