guess I should have folded the river but I didn't really feel any draws made sense and I was getting 3/1.

make it 0.12 after he limps, Bet bigger on the flop, as played fold river for sure..

He has only 4 people to act behind him and still limps, he declares his hand sucks (not worth raising)and/or he is really bad. You should raise big because 1st you will generate a lot of folds and collect the dead money and 2nd if he calls you often got him dominated, he has the preassure on him and out of position would check and fold to your c-bet when he misses which is 2/3 of the time. Giving him and the others behind you the great price to join the fun led to messing the hand.
