I don't like the betting for that size on the flop, I would recommend either betting much smaller (33% or something) or check calling. Absent reads check calling seems best to try and keep the pot smaller with a marginal hand OOP.

As played this is a tough river spot, you can probably go either way. You could consider block/folding river for 25-30% pot targeting Kx, I'd probably lean towards that as players in micros tend to play pretty face up. As played I'm probably folding and calling my better 2p+ hands but I could definitely be convinced calling is better.

Versus the population I think this river is a fold, but it could be a call vs a looser player. I'd be more inclined to check the flop or the turn. If you check the turn and the river bricks you are more likely to pick off value from Kx and AQ then trying to go 3 streets. Sometimes they'll have KQ and KJ so I'd prefer to turn this hand into a bluff catcher on the turn. If turn goes x/x, then lead river on a non spade. If river is a spade x/f. Against some opponents it can be profitable to bluff the spade river, but in that case you should be doing so with close to all of your non-spaded hands.

As played, checking on the river is best. Not much worse should be calling if you bet.
