I'm not a huge fan of turning our hand into a bluff here. I think that we have enough showdown value to just check behind. I think the check behind on the turn also would lean villain towards a call, as you are polarizing river. The jack is also a card that can give some hands without showdown value on the flop or the turn enough to call a river bet. From villain's standpoint, you can also have a fair amount of draws on flop that need to bluff him off of showdown.
