Turned trips. River question? Turned trips. River question?

05-31-2014 , 06:26 PM
Hey,

Played a hand a few moments ago, and I was a bit confused with the final call I made on the river.

In all honesty, at the time, I didn't even think about it and just called.

When reviewing, I questioned myself, why didn't I raise on the river? But after going through the hand a few times, I figured... a call isn't such a bad play.

More than happy to explain why I think a call is the best move, but would first like to hear everyone else's thoughts. Goes without saying I was originally just trying to steal the BB.

Probably just bet all 3 streets yourself.
As played just call river, c/r is too thin imo.
