It looks like it could be AK/JJ that's getting nervous, but this is entirely read dependent. Total unknown, or had you played a couple orbits with this person?

I'm not sure whether or not I'd be willing to call if I was closing the action, but with MP still in the pot, there are just too many variables. I fold.

This is an ez fold. He's usually not bluffing in a protected pot

Maybe I'm having a brain fart, but what is a "protected pot"?

basically there's less of a chance that villains bluff when the pot is multi-way since there's a higher chance of someone else calling with a stronger hand. ergo we say the pot is "protected" and give more credit to someone playing their hand strongly.

For example CO shoves turn here, basically repping a monster but the FD is in MPs range as it is in yours, and he doesn't seem to be caring much about that. He's usually never bluffing here and we should be giving him credit for having a hand that beats us

I would:
1) 3-bet PF.
2) Raise the flop.
3) Probably look to get it in due to how small the stack sizes are.

However, as played by OP, I'm folding. It was played so passively that his range is too wide for us to call here knowing that we're either WA or WB. Raise somewhere in the hand to help define your further thoughts and actions.
